DIEGOS - Traditional espadrille rope

• This braided and natural rope , traditionally used for the making of espadrilles soles is now available by the meter. This multi-purpose rope can be used around the house and garden, for crafting projects and ornamental purposes.
• Made by José Luis, the last traditional rope-maker in Spain, with the help of his old machines that date back to the 1930s. These machines braid jute and recycled fibers into strong and malleable strands of rope. A skill that has been passed on from generation to generation.
